This was my third time working with William on buying or selling a house. And again, it was a great experience. My wife and I just had our first child and we needed to get into a new house quickly. William helped us select houses and arranged all the showings for the same day -- we lucked out and found a winner that day. He then helped us quickly negotiate an excellent price for the house, and was on top of everything along the way. He is excellent at taking care of all the details and does not let anything slip through the cracks. This was my first time purchasing an existing home, and he was also able to recommend vendors for the home inspections and set them all up for us. William is not like other agents -- he truly "gets" real estate and has a passion for it, which makes him very enjoyable to work with.
